We digitized over 100 physical forms, including various types such as verification forms and inspection forms, and integrated them into a single, cohesive platform. The previous manual inspection process relied on close-ended yes-or-no questions, but we enhanced this by incorporating a visualization feature that allows fire inspectors to capture photos of the inspected objects. Additionally, we designed all the forms to require minimal user interaction, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

To seamlessly transform Ideal Fire Protection s inspection process, we selected a robust and scalable technology stack. React Native was used to develop a cross-platform mobile app for inspectors, ensuring compatibility across iOS and Android devices. For the backend, we chose PHP-Laravel due to its elegant syntax, security features, and extensive libraries, enabling rapid development and seamless integration. MySQL served as the database management solution, offering reliable, scalable, and secure storage for inspection data, client information, and reports, ensuring quick data retrieval and real-time updates.
Additionally, a cloud-based platform centralized data storage, providing real-time accessibility, scalability for growing data volumes, and enhanced security measures. This comprehensive technology stack streamlined the inspection process, improved operational efficiency, and established a robust platform for future growth.
